Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a lovely location by the river with immaculate grounds and a wonderful staff that truly cares about your stay. The rooms are beautifully upgraded to executive standards, offering spacious comfort and a delightful view. However, the dining experience could use some improvements, and there are additional charges for certain services.
Staying at this hotel felt like being in an old Windsor cottage with large king beds and tons of pillows. The room was very clean, comfortable, and even came with a small bag of fudge. It was lovely, although slightly dated. The service was exceptional with polite and helpful staff, reflecting that while slightly expensive, you truly get what you pay for. The location on the Thames river was fabulous, offering plenty to do and good food options. The dining experience was mostly delightful, especially in the lovely gardens leading to the river. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, providing for a pleasant stay overall.
I had a lovely time at the hotel. The rooms were excellent, very spacious, and had nice amenities like slippers, a robe, fridge, and a safe. The beds were comfy, and the air conditioning worked well. However, some room facilities could be improved.
